  • Diary management – liaising with clients, scheduling meetings
  • Coordinating recruitment administration – uploading candidate paperwork and logging feedback
  • Supporting front of house function with receptionist duties – meeting and greeting, taking calls and messages
  • Office management
  • Finance duties – collating expenses, preparing and logging invoices
  • General office administration to support Directors, Partners and colleagues as required
Requirements :

This is a 6-month opportunity to work in busy and varied role and would suit a hardworking and highly organised graduate who is keen to learn and build upon prior office experience. Excellent communication skills are essential as well as good IT skills and attention to detail.
